So I did have a really fun day! πŸ₯³ Need to improve my anaerobic zones, that's why I did two sets of intervals πŸ’ͺ🏼 of five times 3 minutes at VO2max πŸ‘Š with only two minutes rest in between πŸ₯΅ So I went to this little climb and went up and down and kept repeated that... πŸš΄πŸΌβ™€οΈ This is on top of it, and the only time I really could enjoy the pretty view πŸ€ͺ But it felt good, and the weather was perfect πŸ‘ŒπŸ» So how do you do these kinds of training?
